Shopping Basics

At this current time, we only have ground shipping options available! Items are generally delivered in 4-12 days and will come from our U.S. warehouse.

All orders placed within United States will be shipped using USPS from warehouse located in California.

Processing times: 1-4 days
Shipping Times: 4-8 days
*shipping times may be longer during the holiday season

Yes we offer international shipping! Please note that it may take up to 24 days to receive your items depending on where you are located in the world as our warehouse is located in the United States.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please request a claim through your local carrier. We will try and provide all information that we can on our end to assist you in your claim. Pop & Sugar is not responsible for stolen packages.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa Debit, and Paypal.

Yes, any form of Visa or Mastercard is accepted.

Shipping & Returns

Pop & Sugar offers 30 day exchange or refund for all of our domestic purchases with the exception of “sale” items. Please contact us at [email protected] for an authorization slip!

  1. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
  2. Sale items discounted at 30% or more are final sale.
  3. All other sale items are eligible for exchange or credit.
  4. Merchandise must not be worn or damaged.

Once your return item has been received and checked, we will process your refund to the bank. Please note that it will take an additional 5-7 days for the bank to process your refund.
